Tech Tip #74: The Gadgets Menu Bar

tech tipsAs a working technology teacher, I get hundreds of questions from parents about their home computers, how to do stuff, how to solve problems. Each Tuesday, I’ll share one of those with you. They’re always brief and always focused. Enjoy!

Q:I’ve heard that Win 7 has some fun gadgets I can install on the desktop, but I don’t know how to find them. Can you help?

A: Right-click on the desktop, select ‘gadgets and the choices appear:

Select one or more for your desktop

Select from this list or go online for more.
